We are considering staying at the Kaanapali Alii during the end of July and/or the beginning of August. We have a few questions about the Kaanapali Alii.
-Is the seasonal kids program available during the time we would be there?
-What equipment is included in the fitness center?
-Is there easy access to bike rental and bike trails from the Kaanapali Alii?
-Are there grocery stores near this location?
-Is the beach area typically very crowded?
Thank you for your help.

1ST it’s on Maui, not in Maui. Maui is an island not a cave or tunnel. you can be in Maui county, but you can’t be in an island.

My 3 kids (11,13 and I6 at the time) and I stayed at the Kaanapali Ali’i mid July-August 2007 and my youngest was allowed the Kids Club Program at that time…she only used it a couple of times during the time we were there.
The Gym is next to the pool, it has some free weights, weight machine and few other pieces if work-out equipment.
There are a few Shoppes at the Kaanapali Ali’i including a Sundries Store, but there is a Safeway in Lahaina close by.
Kaanapali Beach is not over crowded…it’s not like Waikiki Beach
We never use the bikes so I don’t about trails…Aloha…Go..Have Fun!
