If none of you have much credit and don't have the money to put a down payment down then you will not get approved for a loan (especially for a house that is between $500,000-$750,000). Also, you said you don't want to rent because you are afraid of getting kicked out- why would you get kicked out? If you didn't pay rent then you would be evicted, but the same goes for a house. If you do not pay your monthly mortgage payment then your house will go into foreclosure and you will lose it. You need to wait until you have money saved up and until then you'll just have to rent.
