My boyfriend & I will be spending a day in Maui mostly Lahaina and Kaanapoli. What do you recommend we do?

We are looking for inexpensive laid back fun things to do. Cool local shops and restaurants would be nice.

    In Lahaina there are a ton of shops and restaurants . Its really fun to just walk around down there. You can go to Boss Frogs and rent snorkeling gear for pretty cheap. Also, in Kaanapali, there are a lot of activities to do like parasailing and stuff like that. It can run about $60 per person, but its totally worth it. Check with your hotel to see if they have an activity desk that you can book activities at. You may even get a deal.
